Offline activation

Activate a computer that's offline

For studio Macs that never go online. Do this on any phone or computer, then copy one small file across.

  1. On the studio computer, open the plug-in, click the TRIAL tag under the serial number (REGISTERED once activated) and note the machine code, like 7H2K-9QXP-M4RT-ZW3A.
  2. Enter it here with your licence key from your receipt email, and press Get licence file.
  3. Copy the downloaded .monastery-licence file to the studio computer (USB stick, AirDrop, a shared drive).
  4. In the plug-in's licence window, click Load licence file… and choose it, or drag it onto the window.

Each computer you activate this way counts as one of your three activations. To free one later, deactivate from the plug-in, or contact support.
