Refund policy

Every Monastery plug-in has a free, fully working trial, so you can be sure before you buy. If it still isn't right for you:

  • Within 30 days of purchase, email support@monastery-audio.example with your order number, and we'll refund you in full. You don't have to give a reason, though we'd love to know how to do better.
  • Refunds go back to the original payment method through Lemon Squeezy, usually within 5 to 10 working days.
  • When we refund, the licence key is disabled, so the plug-in returns to demo mode on every computer.
  • If the Software doesn't work on your system as described on our website, and we can't fix it, we'll refund you even after 30 days.
  • Bundles are refunded as a whole.

This doesn't affect your statutory rights.
