Quick fixes
The plug-in doesn't show up in my DAW
- Check it's installed: VST3 in /Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/VST3, Audio Unit in /Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/Components.
- Ask your DAW to rescan plug-ins. In REAPER: Settings > Plug-ins > VST > Re-scan. In Logic: Settings > Plug-in Manager > Reset & Rescan Selection.
- Restart the DAW (and in stubborn cases the Mac) after installing.
Activation says the key isn't found
Copy the key straight from your receipt email, with no spaces at the ends. Make sure you're activating the plug-in the key is for. Bundle keys work in both.
"Already active on 3 computers"
Deactivate one from its licence window, or write to us with your key and we'll reset it.
No internet on the studio computer
Use offline activation.
